South Africa (Capetown)
Heading to South Africa, we landed in Cape Town to begin our trip.
Cape Town was one of the most active towns I’ve ever been to. Plenty of people out and about, biking, running, surfing.
We had to make sure we made a trip out to Robben Island, to visit the place where Nelson Mandela was held during the Apartheid. It was very emotional and a must see landmark. They do a nice job with a ferry out to the island, and a tour of about two hours. Plenty of info given. Great experience.
