Turtles on the Move (Budapest!)

Turtles on the Move --> Budapest!!!!!!!

Welp, we came back to our Air Bnb (in Vienna) last night and there was a note on the door saying that what our host was doing by was illegal (i.e. renting out the place to tourists).  We went to bed wondering if we'd be kicked out in the middle of the night.  Luckily, we were not.

We relaxed as long as we could the next morning and then took off around noon to make it to the bus station on time.  After a quick walk to the subway, and a quick ride, we were at our bus.  This is the third bus company we've ridden with.  Why so many buses you ask?  They are WAY CHEAPER than trains.  We tried to justify buying a eurail passes since trains in Europe are a fun way to travel, but we just couldn't do it.  This bus ride from Vienna to Budapest cost us 18 euro for 2 tickets!

We had a quick stop in Bratislava, Slovakia to change buses and we arrived in Budapest by 6:15 pm.  We arrived at our Air Bnb and I was greeted with a hug from Vera, our host!  She barely spoke English, was missing several teeth, but was the sweetest lady ever.  She took my hand while she showed us around the apartment, gave me another quick hug, pointed out some maps on the counter, and was on her way.  This place is awesome!  Video to come...
